LEGAL FRAMEWORK.

The Educational Programs of ROOSTERGNN Academy are regulated by the norms of their program, in its last published version, and are subject to the currently valid legislation in the Kingdom of Spain. ROOSTERGNN can take photographs, videos, interviews during the Programs and in the processes for selecting students and can make use of this material in its publicities and promotions. By formalizing the Enrollment, the students authorize ROOSTERGNN for this use and accept to comply with the present legal framework.

All Tuition Fees, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable. In all cases, Tuition Fees must be paid in full before the start date of the Program.

It is the responsibility of the students to submit the required, accurate documentation to ROOSTERGNN by the deadlines established by the organization. ROOSTERGNN reserves the right to expel any student that does not comply with the norms of the organization, the mission of the program and the persons in charge. In no case, the tuition fees shall be refunded.

ROOSTERGNN reserves the right to adapt the content of the Programs according to the needs of the agency, the availability of experts and local contingencies. In case of postponement or suspension of a program due to force majeure “vis major” or unpredictable acts, and provided that said Program can not be reconvened within a period of twelve months, the liability of ROOSTERGNN Academy is limited in any case, exclusively to the return of the full amount of the deposit or tuition fees received, the refund will be made by way similar to the one used when the payment was made.

Any activity not included in the program that the students carry out at their own risk will be their sole responsibility.

ROOSTERGNN Academy is legally represented by ARXALIA FACMAN SL, company of Spanish nationality, with CIF.: ESB85232023 and address in Madrid 28001, Calle Velázquez 10, first floor. At this point the students, experts and collaborators are informed that their personal data are integrated in files managed by the administrative area of ​​the company. For the purpose of compliance with the legislation on personal data protection, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, the email applications@roostergnn.org is authorized for communications related to the modification or rectification of data covered by said law.

Important Note: The Tuition Fee stated in the program is the exact amount in Euros to be received by the RGNN Academy. Students are responsable for inquiring with their bank about possible wire transfer fees, and if so, for covering fees incurred by their bank.

This document cancels any other previously submitted or published.

Note. In the event that ROOSTERGNN has provided you with a translation of the Spanish version of this document, you accept that such a translation is provided solely for your convenience, and in your relationship with ROOSTERGNN, the Spanish version of this document prevails in any case.

 

SPANISH VERSION.

Los Programas de ROOSTERGNN Academy se rigen por las normas de su convocatoria, en su última versión publicada, y están bajo el amparo de la legislación vigente en el Reino de España. ROOSTERGNN podrá hacer fotografías, vídeos y entrevistas durante la celebración de los Programas y procesos de selección de alumnos y hacer uso de este material en sus sitios web, redes sociales y promociones en general. Con la formalización de la Matrícula, los alumnos autorizan a ROOSTERGNN dicho uso y expresamente aceptan cumplir el presente Marco Legal.Los derechos de Matrícula, incluido los depósitos, no son reembolsables y no son transferibles. En todo caso, los derechos de matrícula deberán estar abonados íntegramente antes de la fecha de inicio del Programa.Es responsabilidad de los alumnos entregar a ROOSTERGNN documentación veraz y en el plazo requerido. ROOSTERGNN se reserva el derecho de rescindir la Matrícula de aquellos alumnos que no respeten las normas, el ideario del Programa o al personal al cargo. En ningún caso, los derechos de Matrícula serán reembolsados.ROOSTERGNN se reserva el derecho de adaptar el contenido de los Programas según las necesidades de la agencia, la disponibilidad de Expertos y las contingencias locales. Caso de aplazamiento o suspensión de un Programa por causa de fuerza mayor ”vis maior” o actos impredecibles, y siempre que dicho Programa no pueda ser convocado nuevamente en un plazo de doce meses, la responsabilidad de ROOSTERGNN Academy queda limitada en todo caso, exclusivamente a la devolución del importe íntegro del depósito o derechos de Matricula recibidos, el reembolso se efectuará por conducto similar al utilizado cuando se efectuó el pago.

Toda actividad no incluida en el programa que los alumnos realicen por su cuenta y riesgo, será exclusivamente de su responsabilidad.

ROOSTERGNN Academy está representada legamente por ARXALIA FACMAN SL, sociedad de nacionalidad española, con CIF.: ESB85232023 y domicilio en Madrid 28001, Calle Velázquez 10, primera planta. En este punto se comunica a los Alumnos, Expertos y Colaboradores que sus datos personales se integrarán en ficheros electrónicos gestionados por el área administrativa de la empresa. A los efectos de cumplimiento de la legislación sobre protección de datos de carácter personal, Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, se habilita el correo electrónico applications@roostergnn.org para comunicaciones relacionadas con la modificación o rectificación de datos amparados por dicha ley.

Nota importante: La Matrícula indicada en las convocatorias es el importe completo, en Euros, a recibir por ROOSTERGNN Academy. Es la responsabilidad del estudiante averiguar si su propio banco va a cobrar comisiones y gastos para transferencias, y en caso afirmativo, asumir dichos gastos.

El presente documento anula cualquier otro remitido o publicado con anterioridad.
